  • M5 iPad Pro is in testing ahead of a late 2025 release

They could easily have a touch Mac.
Yes, they could. Except that that would be idiotic, for the same reasons that have existed for 15 years since people started saying thoughtless, stupid things about this.

  • Heavily upgraded M3 Ultra Mac Studio is great for AI projects

Why on earth would I want to run an AI model?  Locally or otherwise?
If you don't already know, perhaps you should pause on commenting in public until you've spent 15 seconds figuring it out.

Suffice it to say that many people have very good reasons to do this.

  • It's official -- 'Ted Lasso' is getting a fourth season

"As we all continue to live in a world where so many factors have conditioned us to look before we leap,'" executive producer and star Sudeikis said in the release, "in season four, the folks at AFC Richmond learn to LEAP BEFORE THEY LOOK, discovering that wherever they land, it's exactly where they're meant to be."

What a bizarre message.  I predict this will continue the final season trajectory of the show to the absolute pits.
I got about 2 episodes into S3 and quit. Season 2 was already nowhere near season one - having the 50-something team owner sleeping with an early 20's player was a true WTF plot concept, and had it been man/woman instead of woman/man, that would have been quite differently handled - and 3 was just unwatchable.

    OTOH, Slow Horses is excellent.
Waddingham was around 47 at that time and the actor playing Sam was 25. That's 40s and mid-20s. If you have to exaggerate to make your already lame point, that kinda shows you didn't have a point at all. Also, if you are too closed-minded to handle that kind of relationship, that's a problem with you. Not the show. Obviously.

  • iPhone fold predicted to launch in late 2026 with no Face ID

This is so laughable I’ve got to wonder if Apple isn’t intentionally “leaking” info to Kuo’s sources just to prank him.

“No Face ID” because of “lack of space” in a larger device should be the tell that this is complete and utter nonsense.
It's not laughable, you just don't know what you're talking about. The lack of space being referred to is not height or width; it's depth. The Face ID sensor is likely too thick to fit into the width of half of a sandwich-phone. Similarly, this is why camera bumps exist.

  • End of an era: Apple's SuperDrive has finally sold out after 16 years

I just saw three of these at Best Buy on Saturday, and had a good laugh about it. They’re not even properly compatible with newer Macs (I have 2, they’re not reliable, and do not seem to work if you plug into any kind of hub..i.e like what you’d need to connect it to any Apple laptop that doesn’t have USB-A).
This is entirely false. They are entirely compatible with Apple Silicon Macs and also work fine when connected to any decent Thunderbolt dock. As for a "hub", the SuperDrive does need a small amount of power, so if you try to use some random $5 unpowered USB hub, then of course it will not work. This has always been the case. Just use a USB-C to USB-A adapter or any competent dock and it's fine.

    Please do better fact-checking.
