When you report bugs on iOS, some content may be used for AI training
The developer who spotted this addition criticized Apple for not including an opt-out option, saying that the only way users could opt out was by not filing a bug report at all.If this is true it would adversely impact bug reporting. A lot of us are working very hard to not let our data be used for AI training. Now we may be in possession of an important bug report but have to violate our principles if we want to report it. Many may decide not to. If this is true, it would be a very stupid move on Apple’s part. -
iPhone 16 Camera Control button -- the ultimate guide
I’ve had my 16Pro for about two weeks now and TBH so far I really hate the Camera Control Button. Maybe because with my Otterbox case it’s recessed and awkward as hell to work. Maybe because I find it’s trying to do too much. Maybe because it feels like totally in the wrong spot. I went into settings and had it turned off for the first week. Now I have it set to only adjust exposure. Honestly though, I haven’t remembered to use it so far. I’ll keep fiddling with it, because I’ve only had the phone for a couple of weeks so it’s too soon to write it off just yet. I’ll keep trying to find a way to work it into how I use the camera. Time will tell.
Separate from that though, I am very impressed with the camera in the 16Pro. -
