    LMAO.  2026 is an *****ETERNITY***** in AI land with monthly (and often Weekly) updates to the big five.

    Since Gemini 2.0 came out just before Christmas 2024, the unprecedented rate of improvement from all the AIs has quantum leaped and getting faster.

    Gemini 2.5 Pro and OpenAI O3 are both SO far ahead of the game right now with the reasoning models, and ChatGPT leads with the transformer models by a huge margin.

    Apple will be so far down the table by “next year”.

    Tim Cook just needs to give Google the money right now and integrate Gemini fully.

    Just fix the darn Sequoia interface!

    Bring back dynamic Top Menu bar on multiple monitors (like it was in Mojave).

    Work better with Thunderbolt interfaces, especially only multi-monitor set-ups.

    Stop compressing all windows and palettes for
    MacBooks only.

    Bring back Windowshade / Windowmizer, instead of this nonsense with windows retreating off-stage by default.

    iPhone 12 Mini still blows 16e to pieces and you can get New ex-stock 100% battery on eBay for HALF the price of this.

    Apple Intelligence is so far, a joke, and why would you even want it when the Gemini app with 2.0 or Perplexity app, or ANY of the other AI LLM’s are so much more capable currently, now and well into the future imho. Apple are NOWHERE with their AI and Siri is a decade old and still useless.

    The big Price bump is purely to reposition it for higher profit, on the back of said useless Apple Intelligence.
